I grew up in a small town, near the City of Buenos Aires called Ranchos. My relatives had a farm with
livestock, and they had horses to carry out their daily work. Here begins my passion with horses.
As a child I had the happiness of being able to have pets, and sometimes the absence of veterinarians made me
face their loss as well… There I developed the intense desire to help heal these creatures that give us so
much without condition…
I don't remember exactly when it was, but as I got older the need to be able to help animals was reinforced.
I started the university of Veterinary Sciences, focused on my goal. I was halfway through it when I developed
terrible lower back pain, there was no position that would help me feel better, the muscle relaxants that I
was prescribed by doctors were the only thing that could reduce the pain. I went to the best spine and foot
clinics and institutes, and various treatments... but the pain was still there and I lived in fear that it
would return with the intensity that I felt before.
In 2008 the opportunity arose to travel to New Zealand to gain experience working with large animals for some
time. Thus, one day while working with a horse, I received a kick that left me on the ground, almost unable to
walk from the pain...
That's how I got to know Irma, she worked with DPPT in humans. This technique that for those who can observe
from a chair, seems like just small touches on the body, that doesn't hurt and honestly I thought it was just
a kind of relaxation...
But the pain went away, and to this day it never came back. I have two beautiful daughters that I have carried
in my womb for 9 months, and I never had back pain...
So, that's how I began to investigate the study of these techniques, I wanted to achieve that! But in
animals...
I studied Acupressure, then I specialised in equines and Aromatherapy. I learned all different body work
techniques applied to the animal... and finally, noticing the need for a change in the diet of my patients on
many occasions, I specialised in Equine Nutrition.
Today I work from the centre of my knowledge, my passion and my love for what I do, and I receive in return
the joy of seeing how my patients improve, and how their owners (especially if they are pets) enjoy it with
me.
